Yes. All our jewellery is Factory Hallmarked and stamped. Metal purity is rigorously tested.

We offer jewellery in 9K and 14K gold, as well as Sterling Silver. Designs will be available in yellow, white, and rose gold.

Yes, resizing is available for most ring designs, subject to structural limitations.

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. COD may be available depending on order value and location.

Yes, we use secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information is protected.

Orders may be cancelled or modified within a limited period after placement, provided production has not started. Customised or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible. Email us - contact@arthjewellery.com for this.

All pieces are securely packaged in our branded boxes, suitable for gifting and safe storage. Gift-ready packaging is available upon request.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
